When you apply to become an M-Pay+ merchant, we collect your name, business name, telephone number, town or market, business type, existing payment method, and consent to contact you.
We use this information to review your application, determine eligibility, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and contact you about your application. We do not open a payment account or process any payment through this form.
Form submissions are stored in a restricted Google Firebase/Cloud Firestore database. Anti-bot verification is processed using Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process security-related data in accordance with Cloudflare's policies. Authorized staff handling merchant applications may access your registration data.
We keep registrations for as long as reasonably necessary for reviewing applications and follow-up, subject to applicable legal requirements. Please email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or to withdraw permission for further contact. Legal rights may depend on applicable law.
We do not sell application details. This notice may be updated as our service evolves.
